POP Audit
The Persuasion Audit is a consultancy based approach where Anthony will work with you to assess if you are as persuasive as you could be.
This is an opportunity to work one-on-one or in small groups with Anthony.
Persuasion Audit – Level 1 (PAL1) includes the review of materials like websites, training brochures, letters of introduction, marketing brochures or copy. Often these can be done remotely and on a needs basis. The PAL1 simply assesses how well you are applying the Science of Influence and where often low cost yet effective improvements can be made.
Persuasion Audit – Level 2 (PAL2) is more in-depth and requires a face to face component to the audit. These audits generally involve the review of documentation for specific tasks, for example the submission of written documentation for tenders, letters of offer, preparation for bids and pitches of any kind. We also review face to face approaches and techniques for initial and critical meetings, milestone reviews, assessment and short listing interviews, and so on.

Persuasion Audit – Level 3 (PAL3) reviews your entire lifecycle and anytime you touch internal and external stakeholders. This audit is for those organisations and individuals who are looking for that 5 – 10% increase in performance to provide that edge and differentiate themselves in the marketplace.
Alternatively you may be looking for an ethical “Persuasion Change” in the organisation’s culture.
PAL3 reviews everything from staff meetings, leadership and executive engagement, staff relations and the like.
Depending on the types of results required, PAL3 can involve expert commentary, advice and validation of recommendations from Dr Robert Cialdini and Dr Gregory Neidert. These world renowned experts in the field of Influence can also be included in the face-to-face audit if required.
