New Intelligence Welcomes New Trainers

Earlier this month the first three candidates completed the second stage of the New Intelligence Certified Trainers Program.
Duncan Sutherland, Cris Allison and Phil Richards undertook 3 days of intensive study of the research and skills required for teaching the first two Human Skills – Reading People and The Role of Emotion. After testing, all three are through to the final round of accreditation due to commence in March this year.
“This is much more than a train the trainer model. These candidates have to gain a degree of understanding of the research, models and principles that is comparable to University study. We are very impressed by their commitment and capability and excited by the opportunities they will provide for growth” said Anthony McLean, Executive Director of New Intelligence.
Duncan, who is based in Sydney, is the former Director of Academic Studies for the NSW Department of Corrective Services. He is now a qualified, practicing Executive Coach. Cris, also from Sydney, has worked in a number of senior management and sales roles for IBM, Microsoft, NCR and Xerox. He is a Master NLP Practitioner. Phil is a highly experienced trainer in high stakes and mission critical programs and has qualifications in operational leadership and NLP. He is based in South Australia.
