Interview

Art and Science of Investigative Interview
Investigate (verb) - to examine, study, or inquire into systematically; search or examine into the particulars of; examine in detail
Interview (noun) - a formal meeting in which one or more persons question, consult, or evaluate another person
A simple Google search of the phrase “Investigative Interviewing” will show it is synonymous with law enforcement officers. The actual fact is Investigative Interviewing is an interaction between people where questioning occurs to systematically examine the details of a thing.  Therefore the idea that only police conduct Investigative Interviews is flawed.
With the increased input of Psychology into the field we now know more about the Science of Interview than at any other time in our recent past. New Intelligence specialises in bringing global research and contemporary practice in the field of Investigative Interviewing to the non-law enforcement interviewer in both the public and private sectors.

By utilising the latest research and practice New Intelligence is able to deliver the Art and Science of Interview through our proprietary interview process known by the acronym PROSPECT.

Prospect (verb) - to search or explore

Our proprietary process is used across many of Australia’s premiere non-law enforcement agencies in the fields of statutory and regulatory compliance, security vetting, employee screening, human resources, integrity and complaints handling, and wherever information discovery is a critical part of business.

PROSPECT is based in science and research, therefore we will never tell you what we think works, rather we will teach you what we know works.
