The Skills of Influence

New Intelligence is a leading training and development organisation in Human Skills.

What are Human Skills? Well the application of Human Skills is best summed up by a client of ours:

“To have people work with each other and not against one another is the greatest asset we have in running this business”.

When working with clients, customers, colleagues or the boss, we all face challenges with having people seeing things from our perspective.

“If only I could get them to see it from my point of view”, is a problem not uncommon to most of us.

However, without skills which assist us to gain agreement and acceptance of our ideas, suggestions or demands, we stand a significant chance that they will be met with resistance or dismissed all together.

Overcoming Conflict and Resistance:

Overcoming conflict, apathy or resistance within the relationships we interact in is a skill which offers the practitioner the ability to better control the outcomes she/he seeks.
